Tapping into the potential of waste heat recovery
Excess heat has been described as the ‘world’s largest untapped energy source’, with the volume of accessible heat in Europe estimated to be the same as the current demand for both heating and cooling.
Making use of excess or waste heat – from data centres, from supermarkets, from power stations, to name but three, is therefore seen as a key element in the establishment of more energy efficient heating (and cooling) networks.
This webinar hears from experts in the field of heat recovery about how the potential can be tapped; what technology is required’ and what barriers need to be overcome.
