We had two elemental content theatres at the 2023 show, which took place at NEC, Birmingham from 27th-29th June – the Decarbonising Buildings theatre and The Housing Hub –  and specially curated content took place across all three days of the event including a keynote speech from Gary Neville, who spoke on fuel poverty and levelling up.

We also had former housing minister Esther McVey, Greenpeace director Ed Gillespie and environmental journalists Roger Harrabin and Lucy Siegle.

Some other speakers included representatives from Carbon Trust, Midland Heart, DESNZ, Orbit Group, TrustMark, NHIC, Cundall, Heat Trust, Energy UK and Birmingham Energy Institute.

There was also content from BEAMA – running throughout on topics such as electric vehicle charging, getting to net zero with heat pumps, electric heating, indoor air quality and retrofit.
